Having an international team can be challenging, but also incredibly exciting!
Last week, our managers from different parts of Europe travelled to Frankfurt to spend some pre-holiday time together.
It was a great opportunity to reflect on the past few months and what we’ve managed to build together. But it was also a chance to look ahead and think about all that still lies before us! There was a lot of learning, brainstorming, workshops, and.... appreciation for each other. As our leader Sven, said, each of us is different, but essential to SVEMA Group
